We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll take it back — no pressure, no runaround.
Right to Withdraw (Cooling-Off Period)
As a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal and applies in addition to anything described below.

You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, items should be returned unworn, unwashed, and ideally with original tags attached. If tags are missing or there's visible wear beyond simply trying the item on, we may apply a deduction reflecting the reduced value of the item — but we won't refuse a return outright for this reason alone. Every return is reviewed individually, and we'll always explain our assessment clearly before finalizing anything.
Quality Defects
If threads are loosening, the print is peeling, or something else has gone wrong through no fault of your own, that's on us. Reach out to customer service and we'll assess the situation and make it right — this is separate from, and in addition to, your standard return rights.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Request a return first — once approved, place a new order for the size or item you need.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds — including any original delivery costs you paid — go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, in line with EU consumer rules. Your bank may take additional time to process the payment on their end.

Return Shipping Costs
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind (using your right of withdrawal), you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us, unless we've stated otherwise. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we'll cover the return shipping cost.
